The title of this story is 'An old man and his child.' Once upon a time, there was an old man and his child in a village. They had a donkey. They took the donkey and started their trip. On their way, they met a man. During their trip, they didn't put any load on the donkey's back. They pulled the donkey and continued their journey. They met a man on their way. The man said, "Old man, your child is tired. Since you're not carrying anything on the donkey, why don't you let your child ride it?" The old man thought, "That is right." Then he let his child ride the donkey. After walking for a while, they met another man. He said, "Old man, your child is riding comfortably on the donkey. He is still young and strong. He can walk. But you, an old man, are walking?" Then the old man thought, "Hmm, that's right." He made his son get off the donkey and then rode it. They continued their journey. After they had walked for some time, they met another man. He said, "Old man, the donkey looks pitiful. But you ride on it? It would be much better for you two to carry it." Then the old man thought, "Right. He is right." He got off the donkey and tied its legs. And they carried it using a bamboo pole. Then they continued their trip. After walking the whole day, they arrived at a bridge. They crossed the bridge while carrying the donkey. When they reached the middle of the bridge, it broke under the heavy weight. The bridge broke. There were many stones and rocks under the bridge. They fell right off the bridge. Luckily, they were fine. But the donkey died from the fall. The old man thought to himself, "I listened to what other people said. I should have just pulled it instead of carrying it. Now my donkey is dead. Things didn't turn out the way we expected. We should not have listened to them." He felt regret.
