One of the elephants was extremely aggressive. Then the people made sharp bamboo spikes and placed them along the path the elephant used. One day, the elephant happened to come to eat grain in the field where the spikes had been set. He stepped on the spikes and injured his foot. He couldn't remove it by himself. And he couldn't cross the water he needed to cross because of the spike. So, he just stayed near the water. He just stood near the back of the fields and couldn't cross the water. At that moment, the widow walked toward the area and saw the aggressive elephant. She tried to scare the elephant away, but he didn't run away at all. He was just standing on the path she used to go home. Then she just watched him. At that time, the elephant raised his leg slowly, showing the injury. The lady was afraid to go near the elephant because he was aggressive. However, the elephant was blocking her way home, so she approached him slowly. When she got closer, the elephant gently moved his leg forward toward her. She noticed that there was a spike in the middle of the elephant's sole. Then she pulled the spike out of his foot. There was a big lake near them. The lady couldn't cross the water. After she pulled the spike from the elephant's foot, he lifted her onto his back and helped her cross. He helped her cross the water. This is the end.
