The story I'm going to tell you is about that people should listen to their parents. Once upon a time, there was a family in a village. The father was a hardworking man. He had five children: four sons and one daughter. They were farmers. They looked after their parents well. One day, the father passed away. Before he died, he left a word to the youngest son. He said, "My beloved youngest son, send a meal to my grave every day." The youngest son listened to him. After leaving the words, the father died. The second elder brother always bullied the youngest brother. The other three brothers didn't offer anything to their father. One day, there was a competition in the palace. The king announced, "The most talented man will be the luckiest man who will get married to the princess." Then, the eldest, second elder and third elder brother competed in the competition. The youngest brother said, "My brothers, I will go there too." His three brothers refused him and ordered, "No, you can't. You have to send a meal for dad!" The king let the princess stand at the top of the hill. Participants needed to cross the hill. Then, the eldest brother competed first. But he couldn't cross over it. The second brother competed next, but he couldn't succeed as well. The third brother was very strong. He tried to cross over the hill, but he couldn't do it too. Meanwhile, the youngest brother offered some meals to his father, who became a nat spirit. Before he went back, his father called him and said, "My beloved son, I'll give this little horse picture to you." His father also said, "Take this picture and go to the competition to get the princess." He said like that to the picture horse. Surprisingly, he reached there. Then, the eldest brother saw him and asked, "My brother, why do you come here?" He said, "I come here after I offered some meal to our father." After that, he tried to jump to reach the princess with his horse picture. He could reach her. The king let them married. At that time, his three brothers regretted their actions towards their parents. So, we should respect and obey our parents.
