Once upon a time, there was a prince. He was skilled at archery. A man who was carrying oil passed by while the prince was shooting arrows. His arrows struck the oil. Then the man told the prince, "As you have struck this oil, you must go and find a gourd. There, you must find a woman. If you fail, there will be a war in your country." The prince explained this to his father, the king. And he took some servants with him and set out to search for the gourd. On his way, he arrived at a house. Before he set forth, he asked the man, "What should I bring if I want to take the gourd?" The man said, "To get the gourd, you will need some oil, food, a rope, a broom, and a comb. Then you will be okay." He went back to his palace and prepared everything to take with him. And he started his journey. Somewhere, he found a gate. The gate was stuck due to rust. So he used oil to open it. Then he could go inside it. When he was inside, he encountered giant dogs. When the dogs barked, he fed them and walked past. Later, he came across some women struggling to carry water from the well, so he gave them the rope. Then he arrived at the stairs which were covered in dust. So he used the broom to sweep it away. And he went up the stairs. He found that a nat spirit was sitting there. Her hair was long and messy. He combed her hair and put her to sleep. And he secretly took the gourds. He took two gourds. On his way back home, he cracked one gourd open. Then a lady came out of the gourd and said, "I am thirsty. I want to drink water." But he couldn't give her any water, so she was dead. Later, he arrived at a palace. He opened the other gourd there. (There was a princess in that country.) Inside the gourd, there was another lady. She said, "I am thirsty." He gave her some water and left her there. The prince thought about telling his father and escorting the lady from the gourd to his palace. So he went back to his own palace. The princess of that country was jealous of the lady from the gourd because she was so gorgeous. She planned with a black wizard to transform the girl into a crow. The wizard pinned a needle into the crow's head. They transformed the gorgeous girl into the crow. When the prince returned to take the girl with him, only the princess of that country was there. He asked her, "Where is the girl from the gourd?" The princess claimed, "It's me. I am the girl from the gourd." The prince said, "I think her skin is not dark." She said, "When you brought me here, the sun was too bright, so my skin has become dark." During their wedding, near the kitchen, the crow which was originally the girl from the gourd was crying sadly. It was crying with a needle in its head. The prince saw the crow and felt pity, so he removed the needle from its head. Surprisingly, the crow transformed back into the girl. Finally, they could reunite. They went back to their palace and happily married there. This is the end.
