The title of the story is 'Two beloved best friends'. A long time ago, there were two friends who loved each other so much. One person was blind. Another one had a backbone injury. One day, they went into the forest. On their way, they reached a village. The villagers treated them to some meals. After eating the meal, they continued their way. They reached the deepest part of the forest. It was a really dense forest. As it was getting dark, they decided to sleep there for a night. They suggested to sleep on the tree because the wild animals were dangerous. However, they couldn't climb the tree. So they just lit the campfire and slept on the ground beneath the tree. They were sleeping while putting their heads together. It was already midnight. They were sleeping soundly because they were tired. The wild animals were approaching them the whole night. When it was getting light in the early morning, the campfire was almost burnt out. The animals were watching them closely. Among the animals that were watching those two humans, there was a tiger too. He didn't dare to eat them. They were just looking at them without attacking. The tiger was scared because he thought, "If I eat this head, the other head will be awoken. It is too scary." He just went back to his place without eating them. He thought it would be best for him not to eat them. Then, it was already morning. Both of them woke up at the same time. Then the animals were startled and ran back into the forest. Only a tortoise was moving very slowly beside them. The person who had a backbone injury picked it up and put it in his longgyi. He said, "We can eat it when we are hungry." And they continued their way. Then they reached another village. The villagers welcomed them and treated them to a delicious meal. At night, there was a dancing event, and all the villagers were celebrating it. While they were sleeping soundly after dancing, the two friends stole the instrument that the villagers used in the event. The person with the injury hung around the blind man's neck. And they continued their journey. Soon, they arrived at a farm. They saw a rake there. They took it and kept walking. Later, they arrived at a place where the orges lived. It was a huge house where the orges lived. The two friends just walked into the house. The three children of the orges ran toward them when they saw them. And they ran back to their father orge. The father orge was at the back of the house. The children told him, "Father, there are two scary humans in our house. They even told us to go away!" The father orge was angry to hear about it. They threw the tortoise through the window to the orge and said, "This is the louse on our head." The orge lost the first battle because his louse was smaller than theirs. Then he asked, "How big is your comb? My comb is really big." He threw it at them through the window. The two friends were frightened when they saw how big the comb was. But they pretended like they were not afraid at all. They threw the rake they took from the field and claimed it was their comb. The orge was shocked to see the comb. He thought, "They must be really scary. They are scary people." Later, the blind man challenged the orge, "Shall we compete whose fart is louder?" The orge accepted the challenge. The orge farted first. His fart was super loud. Meanwhile, the two friends hit the instrument that they stole harder. The sound was much louder than the orge's fart. The orge was scared and ran away quickly. His three children also ran away with him. The two friends got all the gold and valuable jewellery from the orge's house. The man with a back injury divided the share unequally. The blind man touched his share and knew that his friend was trying to take more gold. He told his friend, "My share is just a small amount, and yours is a lot more than mine. You are mean!" He hit him with something hard. Since he was blind, his friend's backbone was hit harder. Unexpectedly, his injured backbone recovered completely. The man was angry and said, "You dare hit me!" And he hit the blind man back. Surprisingly, the blind man regained his vision after getting hit. He got his vision back. Finally, they divided the gold equally and lived happily ever after.
