Title Grai masu chye ai la mali (The liar) with English translation
Description Translation (Rita Seng Mai)
The story I'm going to tell is about a liar. Once upon a time, there was a man in a village. He was a big liar. There was no one in the village whom he didn't lie to. One day, two men from the village came to him and said, "My friend, you can make people fall for your lie. But you can't lie to us." The liar claimed, "I can!" They said, "No way." Then, the liar told them, "Come to the river outskirts of the village tomorrow." The next day, they two was waiting for the liar near the river. When the liar arrived there, they sneered at him, "Lie to us." He said, "I forgot to bring my liar bottle which I use in telling a lie."
