I have ready to send to you 2 cassette tapes with recordings of an endangered language (Lom, Bangka Island, Indonesia). The complication is that I do not own these tapes; they were loaned to me for archiving by Olaf Smedal, who also produced these recordings. He is in Oslo, Norway. I was not able to archive them properly so I hope to turn the job over to you.

Is it alright if Olaf faxes in the deposit form with his signature, and I mail the materials separately?
