The item contains several contents related to Loloan Malay wordlist related to Burdah Performance, as follows:
1. Recording of Burdah wordlist (both in video and audio) that are recorded into 3 parts, based on the number of the speaker (3 speakers)
2. The wordlist in Excel
3. The wordlist in ELAN
4. The consent from speakers
Notes for Recording and The Excel Wordlist:
The recordings contain a complete wordlist based on word (s) /phrases appeared in the verses of Burdah, which are correlated with the word (s)/phrases related to the performance and Ngelenggang ritual. Some words that appeared in the recording might not appear fully in the excel wordlist, because the wordlist is modified based on the Base of each word only (so, suffix (es) or affix (es) that are attached in some words, are deleted).
Note for the roles of the project:
The researcher in this project has a role to conduct the overall research, as the interviewer, translator and the author for research report and/or other publication (article). The transcriber basically has the role to transcribe the wordlist into IPA transcription, and the recorder is in charge in recorded the wordlist, and other documenting process (photos and video of the performance/ritual). |
