Now, I am going to tell you about a strong man. Once upon a time, there was a couple in a village. They didn't have any children. The mother was really upset because they didn't have any children. Her heart was in pain. When the couple got a bit older, the woman got pregnant. They had a son. The boy was strong and well-behaved. He had listened to his parents since he was young. And he collected wood for them. He helped them carry the heavy log. The other neighbours were jealous of them. The villagers were jealous. They told the couple, "Your son is not a human! He is just a nat!" At first, the mother didn't trust them. But she came to believe them after hearing those words so many times. Then she had the mindset to kill her own son. So she pretended she was ill. While they were going to the field, the mother was tired and took a rest. While she was taking a rest, her husband and son were cutting a big tree down. The father intentionally let his son stay on the side where the tree might fall. He cut the tree and ordered his son to stay on the side where the tree might fall. When the tree fell down, it was directly on the son. However, he managed to catch it. The parents felt really shocked after witnessing it. Then they were looking for another way to kill their son. One day, the mother pretended like she was sick. She didn't eat anything, either. And she told her son, "I am sick. I think evil nats are controlling my spirit. I have a serious headache. It can't go away!" She ordered her son to go to the place where there were many snake deities. There were many dwarfs there, too. The son went to that place on his mother's order. On his way, he met a man. The man was crying out of his lungs. He told the man, "Let's go with me." The man agreed to go with him. Later, they met another man who picked up his booger very often. That man also became his companion on his journey. Later, they met a man who could run really fast. They became friends and went on the journey together. All four of them reached that place. They arrived at the place where nats lived. He told nats, "I know that you took my mom's soul. Give it back to me!" The nats said, "You can't get it for free. You should do what we say." The strong boy said, "Then shall we compete against each other?" The nats agreed to compete against each other. The strong boy said, "Okay. Shall we compete in a race? Find someone who can run fast from your people. Let him compete against our representative." Then they competed in a race. The strong boy's team won the race. The nats lost the race. The next day, they had a crying competition. They had to compete to see who could cry longer. Only one man from the strong boy's teams competed against many nats. But the nats lost this round too. Later, the strong boy said, "Let's compete in picking up the booger." However, the nats lost this third round. They were embarrassed since they lost every round. They freed the strong boy's mother's soul and let them go back. Then the boy went back home. He thanked his companions and went back home. The parents finally understood that their son was not evil, and their neighbours were just jealous of them.
