Stories about cargo thefts, guns, raids, shooting, fights, genealogies, first Qld slaves communicated via akalo (ancestral spirits) to those left behind, different akalo powers for different people, connection to success and illness, only open to particular people.
Side B: (30-08-74) At Vura with Wawane talking about recent activities, work experience, talking about Wanebana given radio to woman, casual conversation. Basiana with Wawane talking about dice, in town, feelings, attitudes, success, fights. Wanebana takes floor on recent experience in Kukum market (continues on 29A). (FL6:152-168)
