Collection title Lhokpu wordlist and epistemic elicitation recordings
Description This collection comprises and video recordings of Lhokpu (aka Lhop), collected in Jigme Village, Samtse Dzongkhag, Bhutan. The recordings include a word list, some basic sentences, and some elicitation activities to assist with the documentation and description of epistemic marking in the language (namely the Family Problems Picture Task (San Roque et al 2012), Man & Tree picture sets (Levinson 1992) and Twenty Questions (Gawne 2018)). Recordings are sorted into items by session, with multiple sessions sometimes occurring on a single day. Most contain both audio and video recording, though some only contain audio where consultants did not wish to be filmed.
