From listening: It is a recording of a public event involving drumming and some times of speech making. The sound of participant crowd is evident. Also on Side A an animal can be heard. The recording has a voice over (recorded close to the microphone) explaining aspects of event (including the date), for example at the start of Side B, and at 3min48 on side A.
