Long time ago, there was an orphan. He lived in a small village. He was very poor and pitiful. He did some works which the villagers ordered him. One day, he was sleeping in a hut. At that time, a man from the village took a cat out and went there. The man was going to kill the cat because the cat often stole and ate his curries. The orphan boy saw that. So, he asked the man, "What are going to do to that cat?" The man answered, "I am going to kill this cat because it stole and ate my curries last night." The boy requested him, "Can you just give me the cat instead of killing it, please?" The boy took the cat and went to another country to spend his life there. Then, he had to ride on a ship. There were many mice on the ship. While they were on the ship, his cat caught the mice and ate them. In the past, anything on the shp had been destroyed by those mice. So, the captain was so disappointed. But then, the cat of the orphan boy killed all the mice. There were no mice left on the ship. At that time, the captain asked, "Who killed all the mice? I want to give the reward." The orphan boy said, "It's my cat. My cat killed all the mice on your ship." Then, the captain gave the massive amount of money to the orphan. After some days, the orphan boy and the cat reached another country. The new country was also suffered by the mice problems. There were many mice even in the king's palace. People couldn't put any foods on the table. They couldn't eat well too. The rats destroyed everything which people made. So, the king released a statement, "If there is anyone who could kill all the rats, I will give gold and money as much as he wants! I will let that person marry my daughter!" The orphan boy and the cat didn't even need to catch the rats. The rats ran away when they got the smell of the cat. Most of the rats were gone away from that country because of his cat. When the king heard that news, he tried to get the information who killed the mice. The king got to know that it was the orphan boy and his cat who killed the mice. As his promise, the king gave the gold and money to the orphan boy. The king also let the boy marry his daughter.
