This is about a Sun girl. Long, long ago, there was an orphan boy. He was a hard-working boy but nobody from his village was interested in him and the girls also did not want to get married to him. One day, he went fishing. On the way, he met with a Sun girl. He fell in love with her at first sight. Sun girl also liked him so much since the orphan boy was really handsome. Thus, Sun girl planned to take him back to her country which was the country of Sun. The Sun girl told him that when her parents gave swords to him, the number of swords he took should not be an odd number because it would destroy their marriage. After that, he was taken by the Sun girl to the country of Sun where her parents lived. When he lived there with the Sun girl's family, his parents-in-law adored him so much since he was a hardworking man. But they let them go back and stay in the human world because the boy was a human. Therefore, they told him, "You two go back to the human world and settle there. We will give you a bundle of swords as a gift. How many swords do you want to wrap up in a bundle?" As he forgot his wife's words, he requested, "I want a bundle of 7 swords." They said, "Isn't it too little?" Then, he decided to take a bundle of 9 swords. They agreed to give him what he asked for and let them go back to the human world. There they worked so hard and lived in a wealthy life. As they lived on that life, one day, the orphan remembered to use the swords which were given by his wife's parents since he kept it for a long time. Hence, he used one of them to make thin bamboo strips for crafts. While he was doing it, a hen came in his sight. So, he waved the sword and shooed the hen out. But it severed his wife's head. He flung away the sword and cried the whole day by sitting beside his wife. When Sun girl's parents heard it, they said, "It seems a bad thing happened to our daughter. Let's go and check!" When they arrived there, their daughter's head was cut off from the body and she was already dead. They placed the head and body into the right position and they revitalized the girl's life. Besides, they took her back to their country. Days after his wife left, he missed her a lot. Because of it, he couldn't eat and he was not tempted to drink even a drop of water. As he was so lonely and missed her, he went around to the place where he worked together with her. And, finally, he died there.
