through 42 below. Owing to their fragility, two notebooks (identified on Dr. Grace's inventory list as Black 3 1/2" x 6" Notebooks) have not
been completely scanned. (Sample pages from one of these notebooks have been included below, as item number 42.) All other notebooks listed
