The words were recorded in the order they are listed in Burling and Mankai, commencing with the word for 'moon' Recording -01 from 'moon' to 'valley'; -02 from 'animal' to 'wing'; -03 from 'jungle' to 'tuber'; starts with a discussion of the word for 'elephant's trunk', -04 from 'bamboo shoots' to 'trunk (of a tree)'; -05 from 'cheek' to 'chin'; -06 from 'ear' to 'forehead', -07 from 'gums to sweat'; -08 from 'tears' to 'they'. At the end there is a discussion of a minimal triplet on the syllable /nəm/: /nəm¹/ 'bad smell'; /nəm²/ 'type of vegetable', /nəm³/ 'you (pl)'; -09 from from 'adolescent boy' to 'elder sister'.
