Description David Manmurulu (Inyjalarrku mermaid) and Charlie Mangulda (Yanajanak stone country spirits) lead performance over two evenings with Mawng singers and dancers from Warruwi community of a Mamurrng (exchange) ceremony for Reuben Brown and ARC research team, as well as Reuben's adopted sister Donna Nadjamerrek and her relatives. Allan Marett performs wangga (public song from the Daly region) as 'thanks' for receiving the gift of the mamurrng, with Linda Barwick and Jenny Manmurulu leading the dancing. Video by Isabel O'Keeffe (IO), Bruce Birch and Gus Berger (GB); audio by Isabel O'Keeffe; photography by Reuben Brown (RB), Martin Thomas (MT), Linda Barwick (LB) and Rachel Orzech (RO).
