Counting of votes in Western Highlands regional seat elections. Loosing candidates Philip Kapal, Michael Wali resorted to violence and held parties for supporters. Stringband music from Hagen group during campaign for candidate Philip Niggits and solo singer an elderly man. Other stories are mainly post-elections about candidates, their supporters and rival groups clashing due to voting results.
Side B:
Various stories about coffee growing, garden food growing such as sweet potatoes (kaukau) and general life situations dealing with cash crop and subsistence living.
