Title Maningrida plant book recordings
Description Recorded 12 August 2023 at Maningrida, with Freda Ali and Doreen Jin-garrabarra. Freda and Doreen were recorded on rode GoII microphones resulting in individual recordings. Also contributing to the discussion were Florence Farrell and Bonnie Burarngarra. Doreen and Florence are Anbarra, Freda and Bonnie are Martay/Maringa.

Florence and Bonnie were not miked, but the whole team was captured on a separate zoom recording. The Rose Go audio from Freda and Doreen was synced and the eafs are annotations of these 2 synced files. We discussed plants that we had seen on 3 days of fieldtrips in the Maningrida region. The purpose was to record words and short sentences for the Burarra and Gun-nartpa dictionary and the Maningrida plant project.

The two sync recordings of Doreen and Freda were partly transcribed and exported clips and sentences with translations were added to the Burarra and Gun-nartpa dictionary, see: https://www.janguny.com
