Text: 'Le sventure di Tristano e Isotta, Maggio dei cavaglieri della Tavola Rotonda', testo adottato dalla compagnia Maggianti di Piazza al Serchio (LU) (Comune di Piazza al Serchio, Quaderno 13, 1996).

A copy of the booklet labelled 'Ugliancaldo 16/8/96' has been annotated by Linda Barwick with various details of the performance. Leo Sarteschi substituted for Antonio Pellica (from Roggio) who had performed roles of Schedino and Gallinazzo at previous performance at Varliano on 4/8/96 (see VT9611).

A few stanzas of Paggio are handwritten at the beginning of the booklet (see photocopy of a handwritten manuscript of this text (dated Petrognano 1938) given to Linda Barwick by Silvano Fontanini) - note these are not performed on this occasion.
