Title Conversation between cousins Een and Nera and a friend at Een's house in Gedung Menung
Description This is a recording of a conversation in Nasal between two cousins, Een and Nera, and their friend Metia. The conversation was recorded in the living room of Een's house in Gedung Menung. Audio was recorded using two audio recorders: a 4-channel Tascam DR-701D and a 2-channel Tascam DR-100. Een is wearing an AKG C520 headset microphone and is recorded in Mono through one channel of the DR-701D. Nera and Metia are wearing Shure SM35 headset microphones; Nera's headset audio is recorded through the DR-100, and Metia's is recorded through one channel of the DR-701D. In addition to the headset microphones a stereo microphone was placed on the floor among the speakers and recorded to the Tascam DR-701D. Audio was recorded in wav format at 128kHz, 32 bit. Video was recorded in two ways. The first was a Canon XA30, which has an external audio input, set up on a tripod. Camera audio was recorded using a R√∏de NTG2 shotgun microphone connected through the camera's external audio input. Video was recorded in AVCHD format at 30fps with 1920 x 1080 resolution. Additionally a Vuze+ 3D camera was used to record 360 degree and 3D video in MP4 format at 30fps.

Informed consent was recorded at the beginning of the session, and the conversation begins at around the 00:05:05 timestamp when the researchers finish setting up the equipment and leave the room. Een's daughter enters the frame at around 00:08:46, and leaves again at 00:09:06. She enters the frame again from 00:09:51 to 00:10:27. The three women continue to converse until around 01:19:50 when Bradley, Jacob, and Johan return to record metadata, at which point Nera turns on the electric fan at the back of the room. Nera's daughter is present for the duration of the metadata collection.
