Often shorten as Legong Keraton, the dance tells a story taken from the tale of Panji which portrays King Lasem who would like to marry Princess Rangkesari, sister of King of Daha which is not approved by the great king. There is appearance of a crow which gives Prabu Lasem a sign that he will be defeated during the war with King of Daha.
