Title Legend: Hoiyo
Description A legend told by Elijah Parung. This tells about a chief named Hoiyo whose corpse was carried to his buriel site on a wood (paruparu) following the suggestion by Paanaangah. A rock was formed at a village near Haarii, Pipiru and Mako where they cremated Hoiyo. Paanaangah was killed out of jealousy.
