A copy of the booklet labelled 'Varliano 4/8/96' has been annotated by Linda Barwick with various details of the performance. Note that an additional ottava sung by Giuseppe Malaspina was inserted between stanzas 46 and 47, text noted at end of this copy of the booklet.
