Title Kaja ai hte n kaja ai (The good and the bad) with English translation
Description Translation (Rita Seng Mai)
A long time ago, there were two neighbours in a village. One neighbour was mean and jealous of other people. When she swept the floor, she usually threw the trash into her neighbour's house. But her neighbour was not angry at her. She just thought, "I will just clean the trash again." And she picked up all the trash and put them on her banana farm. When the mean neighbour threw the trash into her house, she picked them up and put them on her farm. The jealous woman did that every day. Although she did that to her neighbour, the good neighbour just cleaned it again without complaining. She thought, "Although she does mean things to me, I will just accept them as good things." Then, her plants were getting grow much. The fruits were big and sweet. Then, she picked some bananas and gave them to her mean neighbour. She told her, "There are the bananas from my farm. You swept the trash into my house every morning, but I cleaned them all and used them as fertilizer for my plants. So, my fruits are big and sweet. Take a bite." The mean woman regretted, "I did the mean actions to her, but they turned good for her. It's because she is kind-hearted."
