Title Rawa du yang nta di gadawng ai (The reckless child) with English translation
Description Translation (Htoi Awng)
A long time ago, there was a playful child in a village. He always destroyed things everywhere he went. His parents had to worry about him every day because he destroyed at least one thing in a day. Although they ordered him to work, he always made mistakes. One day, his parents took him to a traditional sacrificial celebration. He accidentally broke the plate where the oblation (meat) was put on. His parents said, "Look at him! He's just a halfwit. He is so clumsy." From that day, he was named 'Ra Wa' (a halfwit). When someone made a mistake, everyone said, "You are just a 'Ra Wa' who can even break the plate used in offering to Nats."
