Title Amyu Kaji Ni Sha Lawa Hpe Dang Kau Ai Lam (The Ogre Defeat by the Little Ones) with English translation
Description Translation (Rita Seng Mai)
Once upon a time, there was a strong powerful ghoul in a village. The villagers needed to offer him an animal or a person as his meal every day. If the villagers didn't give him anything, he came into the village and ate an animal. There were not many people and animals left in that village since the ghoul kept eating them every day. There were only old people left in the village. Then, the villagers were discussing what to do to kill the ghoul. The animals such as a scarab beetle, a bee, a banded snakehead fish, a crab, a stone and an eel were discussing what to do too. They said, "Stone, you guard the ladder tonight. Eel, you stay on the ladder. Crab, you stay inside the water pot. Banded snakehead fish, you stay near the fireplace. Bee, you wait inside the ghoul's room." Then, the scarab beetle said, "When the ghoul is full, I will fly inside his room and poop on him. Then, he will get angry. He will catch me and kill me. The bee, bite his eyes at that time. Okay?" Then, all of them were waiting for the ghoul. Soon, the ghoul was full after eating and went back to his house to take a rest. The scarab beetle flew above the ghoul's head and pooped on him. The ghoul was getting angry and tried to kill it. At that time, the bee stung his face. The ghoul was so angry that he thought, "I will burn them!" Then, he went to the fireplace to light the fire. When he was about to blow the fire, the banded snakehead fish moved hard. Then, his face was fully covered with ash. He couldn't see well, so he went to wash his face. When he put his hand inside the water, the crab which was staying inside the water pot pinched the ghoul's hand hard. He felt hurt, so he ran outside to throw the crab away. When he stepped on the ladder, he stepped on the eel that was waiting there and fell over the ladder. When he fell over from the ladder, his head hit the stone that was just in front of the ladder. The ghoul died after getting hit by the stone. In that way, the bad ghoul was killed by those six small creatures.
