Title The ocean and the land
Description A legend told by Theresia Sipo'naa. The ocean was created after the grandchildren tried to copy their grandmother's tasty recipe. One day, as the grandmother chanted the words to season the daily meal, the grandchildren secretly overheard the chant and remembered to say only the beginning part of the chant and not the words to stop. This caused the seasoning liquid to pour out until it covered the land. This is how the sea and land were formed.
