Title Elicitation of basic syntactic structure of Kaur with Anton
Description This elicitation session was recorded with Anton in the living room of his house in Tanjung Betuah. This session features discussions of various syntactic and morphological features of Kaur, including: intransitive and transitive sentences, voice marking, non-volitional morphology, applicatives, quantifiers, and pronouns (including possessive pronominal suffixes). There was also some discussion of the orthography of Kaur, in particular the way that glottal stops and pharyngeal stops are distinguished.

Audio was recorded using a 4-channel Tascam DR-701D. Anton wore a Shure SM35 headset microphone, which was recorded (in Mono) through one channel of the DR-701D. In addition to the headset microphones a stereo microphone was placed on the floor near the participants and recorded to the Tascam DR701D. Audio was recorded in WAV format at 128kHz, 32 bit. Video was recorded using a Canon XA30, which has an external audio input, set up on a tripod. Camera audio was recorded using a R√∏de NTG2 shotgun microphone connected through the camera's external audio input. Video was recorded in AVCHD format at 30fps with 1920 x 1080 resolution.
