Once upon a time, there were two close friends in a village. They grew up together. They were drunkards. They knew how to drink liquors since they were very young. So, they were blind when they were about twenty years old. They could do some jobs before they became blind. They had enough money to spend. After they became blind, they couldn't work anymore and stole things from their houses to buy alcohol. After a few months, there was nothing left to steal in their houses. Then, they went to another village and stole a cow from a villager. They said, "Let's take this cow to our house and sell it. And then, let's buy some alcohol to drink." But, the cow's owner overheard their conversation. So, he followed them by ringing the bell that the cows usually wore. Before they reached their village, the cow's owner could catch them up. When the two blind heard the sound of another bell, they thought there was another cow. So, they discussed, "There is another cow near us. If we could catch that cow, we will get two cows. Then, we can get more money." Then, they tied the cow to a tree. The cow's owner noticed that the two men were blind. So, he rang the bell and moved far gradually. The two blind men also followed the sound and reached really far away. Then, the cow's owner stopped ringing the bell and quickly ran to his cow. He took his cow and returned home. The two blind men did not know that. They thought they lost to catch the second cow. So, they went back to the tree where they tied the cow. But, the cow was missing. They said, "The cow is running away. If we don't have money, we will be in trouble. Let's go to another village to steal." They stole a gong from another house and went back home. On the way, they fell into a ditch since they could not see. The ditch was dug around a grave. They thought they reached onto a special path. So, they kept walking around the grave for many hours. One blind man said, "My friend, we have been walking for many hours. We are very far from the village. Let's listen to the pleasant sound of the gong. Please, hit it once. The owner might not hear." Another man agreed with him and hit the gong hard. Then, the owner heard the sound of the gong because the two men were not far from the village. The owner followed the sound. Then, he saw the two blinds were walking around the drain. The owner grabbed his gong from them. Then, they tried to beat him. But they ended up beating each other since they couldn't see whom they were beating up. One blind man could not resist anymore. So, he climbed up from the drain and sat on the ground. When another blind man called his friend, he heard his friend replying to him from near him. In the end, they knew that they were fighting against each other. Then, they said, "Let's not steal anything from today! In the end, we ended up hitting each other. We get hurt all the time. Let's stop stealing!" Since then, they never stole anything.
